carbonyl iron supplement is a form of elemental iron known for its high bioavailability, effectiveness, and lower risk of side effects compared to other common iron forms in supplements.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

Iron (carbonyl iron) 40 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: : Cellulose, hypromellose, ascorbyl palmitate.

Recommended Dose: Adults and Children (6 years and older): Take one capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Cautions:  Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhoea, and/or vomiting at doses greater than 35 mg per day.
