What Are The Acceptable Payable Methods?
For in store purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Interact, and Cash.

What is your price adjustment policy?
Price adjustments will be made 14 days after your order has been delivered or picked up, upon presentation of your original receipt. Certain conditions or limitations may apply.
When will my order be invoiced?
Your order will be invoiced as soon as it is placed.
Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
An order confirmation will be sent to you, once your order has been placed. We ask that you check your junk mail too!
What happens if a product is unavailable?
It is common that supplement brand companies have back ordered, out of stock or discontinued products. If the product that you ordered is not available, a member from our team will contact you to offer a refund or replacement. Please allow 3-5 business days for one of our representatives to get in touch with you.
What is an estimated back in stock date, and how does it work?
The estimated back in stock date provided to you by one of our representatives is the approximated date of arrival of the product at our store. Though this date is generally accurate (plus or minus 2 weeks), it remains subject to change without prior notice. Kindly note that this date does not reflect the pickup or delivery date of your order.
Why does the back in stock date of my delivery keep getting pushed back?
Please take note that we are provided an estimate date of your order to be back in stock. If this is sibject to change we will do our best to keep you updated.
Can replacement products be offered to me and purchased?
If the items in your order are out of stock, back ordered or discointinued a representative will contact you to offer a relacement product. All our representatives are certified holist nutritionist with a vast knowledge of professional supplement products.

Then after you login in to the account ( same as your Smith's Pharmacy login in info), just click ways to redeem and you can find different coupons available for you. Shipping fees vary depending on your location, which can be determined by entering your postal code when viewing your shopping cart.
How can i check the status of my order?
For all orders that require standard or express shipping, an order confirmation will be sent to you once the product has been fillled. You can track your order with the confirmation that is provded to you. For deliveries that require pick up, you will be sent a confirmation when its time to pick up your order after your order has been filled. For updates on your order that require local delivery please call or email us to receive an update.
How can i modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide that you would like to cancel or modify your order. We will be happy to provide you with suitable options based on the status of your order.
