Shopping Online Versus In-Store

Please be aware that Online vs. In-Store products’ availability and/or prices do not necessarily match due to different promotions and options. A product is available online indicates that we can order from our suppliers but does not necessarily mean we carry them in our physical location. If ordered items are on back order, our nutritionists will offer you an alternative option or you can choose to have your order canceled and refunded. 

Shipping Information

Shipping and delivery times may vary due to item availability, processing time, carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery. Shipping date generations are estimations only and not guaranteed. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. One of our nutritionists will reach out to you if additional shipping charge is needed for your order. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

All GTA area order will be delivered by our local delivery service that will allow same day or next day shipping. All remaining areas are done through either Canada Post or UPS. 

USA/International:

Standard international shipping      $85.00

All shipping cost is Canadian dollars. Smith’s Pharmacy provides international shipping according to the destination FDA policy. Refusals by customs based on FDA policy, costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply to Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. Please be noted that Smith's Pharmacy is not responsible for any delay or damage to your order during the international shipping process. We will not be able to replace your items. But we will ensure to pack and ship your products with great care. 

  • Small Packet International / Air will not have tracking information to provide to clients. Delivery time 2 weeks as per Canada Post. 
  • Express International, International Parcel Air or Surface and Tracked Packet International service will be dependent on the destination country and costs are high. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks according to Canada Post. 
  • Delivery could be on time or delayed, not guaranteed by Canada Post.

 

Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses Nationwide and United States.

We also accept orders from international customers by phone with terms and conditions that apply according to the FDA regulations.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Please Note due to Covid-19 outbreak, delivery time may take longer than usual.

5. Damaged Items In Transport

We are only authorized to ship medications within Canada, with a prescription from a licensed Canadian Physician.
