Blend Cardamom with a carrier oil and massage into the abdomen to support digestion, apply to muscles and joints for soothing care, or apply to the chest and neck as a natural vapor rub to promote the respiratory system.

For topical application, use a 0.5 – 4% dilution rate.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
