Lion’s Mane has a range of long-term, positive effects on the brain. It helps increase Nerve Growth Factor by acting on Brain Derived Nerve Growth Factor (BDNF) pathways. It helps generate new neurons in the brain’s dentate gyrus, a part of the hippocampus. It helps attenuate amyloid-B (beta) plaques.
