Each capsule contains:
Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum) bark extract, 10% polyphenols 275 mg
Gymnema sylvestre leaf extract, 25% gymnemic acid 250 mg
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract, 50% saponins 100 mg
Bitter melon (Momordica charantia) fruit extract 100 mg
R-alpha-Lipoic acid 50 mg
Vanadium oxysulfate 0.9 mg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 0.5 mg
Chromium (from chromium picolinate) 0.25 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no

Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial colours and flavours, starch, or sugar.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
