This combination of curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric: a spice) and Meriva (a natural mineral complex) can help relieve joint inflammation and its related pain, especially when used in conjunction with conventional treatment. This all natural combination is much easier to digest than other pain relievers, and also provides antioxidants, which can help maintain good health.
A 2 mg dose of Curcumin has been shown to be better at relieving chronic pain than 1 mg of acetaminophen, and it also helps reduce inflammation and increase mobility.
Naming Note: This product is also known as SierraSil Joint Formula 3. It has previously been marketed as SierraSil Joint Formula Active.
Ingredients:
Each capsule contains: 300 mg of SierraSil (a naturally occurring hydrothermal mineral complex); and 335 mg of Meriva, providing 201 mg curcuminoids-phosphatidylcholine complex (33% curcuminoids), source material Curcuma Longa-Rhizome.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, hypromellose.
Vegan. Gluten-free. GMO-free.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food. Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Store in a cool, dry place, and keep bottle tightly closed.
Warnings:
