Directions for Use:

Adults (18 years and older) - Take 1 scoop (22 g) 1-4 times per day. Take a few hours before or after other medications.

Allergens: milk. Do not use if • you have a milk allergy. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if • you are pregnant • you are breastfeeding • you have liver disease • you have kidney disease. May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances. Keep out of reach of children.
