Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Blackberry, cranberry, raspberry, blueberry fruit powder, monk fruit – all organic – natural flavouring, malic acid. Gluten free.

Recommended dose: 
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon two times daily. Mix with water or diluted juice. For best absorption do not administer with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime.

Cautions and warnings: 
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have iron deficiency, have a liver disorder or after use experience abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice. May cause hypersensitivity, mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation, indigestion or diarrhea. Store in a cool dry place, away from children. Do not use if seal is broken.
