Purica Fiberlicious® is a delightful, natural prebiotic, water-soluble dietary fiber made from chicory root. Medicinal ingredients (per dose unit: 1 tablespoon):

Inulin (fructo-oligosaccharides) 9 g

Recommended dose:

6-12 years old: 
Take 1/2 tablespoon once a day.
12 years old and older: 
Take 1 tablespoon twice a day.
Mix with 8-12oz of pure water or a beverage of your choice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions and warnings:
