The 90% XDark Crunchy bar simply has our raw cacao nibs sprinkled on top of our 89% XDark chocolate bar, which makes the bar darker, and of course crunchier! Handmade with only 2 ingredients: specialty ultra-premium cacao, and award-winning biodynamic golden cane. So simple and good, and crunchy!

Our ingredients are always 3rd party lab tested to be safe, common allergen-free, organic, vegan, non-GMO and more. Our cacao is uncommonly good. Customers are shocked at how bitter it is NOT.

We have gone to great lengths to source ultra-premium cacao from the Vraem district, province of Cusco, Peru. We source only the true Criollo variety, with no CCN51 hybrid cacao present. 

As our supplier explains, our cacao is "the highest grade lowest microbial, lowest cadmium and heavy metal cacao in the world."
