Magnesium is involved in a diverse range of biochemical reactions in the body, including muscle and nerve function and blood pressure regulation. Magnesium Bisglycinate is gentle on the stomach and has higher absorption and bioavailability that other forms of magnesium.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:
• Magnesium (bisglycinate) 100 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.
Adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times per day or as directed by a health care practitioner.
