This is a great addition if you are looking for a low-carbohydrate diet. MCTs are fast absorbed to it can be used as a body fuel. It can also let you feel fuller due to an increase of hormones.

Produced in a GMP facility that carefully handles ingredients from fish. This is formulated without artificial sweeteners, artificial flavor, yeast, gluten and sulfites.
