Pranarom Aromavita 8 - 10 ml:

Narrow-leaf peppermint, Siberian fir, Cajuput, Lemon, Clove and Cinnamon essential oils are used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough. Grapefruit and Lemongrass essential oils are used in aromatherapy as a nervine and calmative.

Ingredients:

Eucalyptus radiata (Narrow-leaf peppermint essential oil) (leaf) 20%
Abies sibirica (Siberian fir essential oil) (needle) 20%
Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit essential oil) (fruit peel) 18%
Melaleuca cajuputi (Cajuput essential oil) (leaf) 16%
Citrus limon (Lemon essential oil) (fruit peel) 15%
Cymbopogon   citratus (Lemongrass   essential oil) (herb top) 7%
Syzygium aromaticum (Clove essential oil) (bud) 2%
Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon bark essential oil) (bark) 2%.

Suggested Dose/Directions: Adults (≥ 18 years): Local topical application: Add 1-4 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted.

Direct inhalation:

Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to handkerchief or tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day. For occasional use only.
