Nature's Way European Elderberry is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, and to promote sweating to relieve fever in cases of common cold, flus.

Directions
Adults, adolescents, and children 6 and older, take 1 capsule, 3 times daily.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) can occur, in which case, discontinue use. Diuretic effect may occur.
Keep out of reach of children.
Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.
