Nature's Way Scullcap Herb is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (during times of mental stress); to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness; and to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

Directions
Adults, take 2 capsules once a day.
