Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound your body produces during the digestion of indole-3-carbinol, found in vegetables like broccoli and kale. It's known for its role in helping the body process estrogen metabolites and for offering antioxidant support at the cellular level.

Adults (≥18 years):  Take two (2) capsules once per day.

Medicinal Ingredients: 

DIM (3,3'-Diindolylmethane   100mg 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose.
