Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Beetroot powder, beta-carotene, citric acid, malic acid, maltodextrin, mango flavour, peach flavour, silicon dioxide, sugars (stevia).
Indications:
Used in Herbal Medicine to help stabilise menstrual cycle irregularities and relieve premenstrual symptoms. Helps in the management of PCOS's hormonal and metabolic conditions by promoting healthy glucose metabolism. Inositol helps promote ovulatory function and improves oocyte quality in those with PCOS. Helps to support normal early fetal development. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Source of antioxidants.
Directions for Use:
Adult Women (19 years and older) - Take 1 scoop per day in water or juice or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take with meals. Ensure to drink optimal fluid before, during, and after exercise.
Cautions:
Do not use if • you are taking antibiotics • you are taking nitroglycerin • you are pregnant or breastfeeding • you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction • you are attempting to conceive unless you have consulted with a healthcare professional. Ask a healthcare professional prior to use if • you have have kidney stones • you suffer from cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity or if your cardiovascular condition worsens. Ask a healthcare professional prior to use if • you are taking medication for cardiovascular diseases • you are taking medication for erectile dysfunction • you are taking blood pressure medication • you are taking blood thinners • you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy. Ask your healthcare professional if • migraine frequency increases and associated nausea and vomiting persist or worsen • symptoms persist or worsen. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects). Ask a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product. When using this product • you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea). Keep out of reach of children.
