Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Indications:
Helps to promote healthy mood balance. Helps to temporarily promote relaxation. Helps to relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia. Helps in energy metabolism and tissue formation.
Directions for Use:
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with meals. For use beyond 1 year, consult a healthcare professional. For migraine prophylaxis, use for at least 2 - 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. For mood balance, use for at least 1 week to see beneficial effects. For relief of symptoms of fibromyalgia, use for at least 2 - 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Cautions:
Do not use this product if • you are pregnant • you are breastfeeding • you have scleroderma • you are taking blood thinners • you are taking anticoagulants • you are taking antiplatelet medications •you have a bleeding disorder. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you are taking carbidopa or drugs or supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to • L-tryptophan • Sadenosylmethionine (SAMe) •St. John's wort • antidepressants • pain killers • over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan • anti-nausea medication • anti-migraine medication. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if • you show signs of weakness • you develop oral ulcers • you have abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain • you experience skin changes.
