Indications:

Helps in the management of PCOS's hormonal and metabolic conditions by promoting healthy glucose metabolism and menstrual regularity. Inositol helps promote ovulatory function and improve oocyte quality in those with PCOS. At 3 scoops, inositol helps support healthy mood balance. 



Directions for Use:

Adults (19 years and older) - For PCOS: take 1 scoop per day. For mood: take 1 scoop, 3 times per day. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 3 months.
