Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have scleroderma. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
How to use Cool Down:
For relief from general anxiety, cortisol dysregulation, mood issues, and to improve Restful-Restful-Sleep: 1-2 capsules with dinner, and 1-2 capsules 60 minutes before bed.
To promote enhanced recovery on training days (evening workouts): 1-2 capsules with postworkout meal, and 1-2 capsules 60 minutes before bed.
Cool Down synergizes with ATP Lab AdrenRGY AM: For best results take 3 capsules of AdrenRGY AM with breakfast along with Cool Down (using dosing described above).
