Nrf2 is a three-ingredient formula designed to boost antioxidant defenses. Cruciferous vegetables of the brassica family, such as broccoli, have long been recognized for their ability to promote antioxidant activity, thereby maintaining healthy cells and tissues. They provide a source of the bioactive constituent sulforaphane, one of the most powerful activators of phase II enzyme function in the liver, safeguarding tissues from oxidative stress and reactive substances. Sulforaphane and resveratrol promote the activity of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), a transcription factor that facilitates robust, long-lasting expression of numerous genes responsible for guarding against oxidative stress.
