Nature's Way Estrobalance helps to support/promote healthy estrogen metabolism/balance, helps to reduce severity and duration of symptoms of cyclic mastalgia (recurrent breast pain) in premenopausal women. Nature's Way Estrobalance is Vegetarian.

Directions
Adult women, take 2 tablets once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude the diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance, if you are attempting to conceive, if you have a liver disorder or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations), or if you are taking medications or natural health products. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms of low estrogen. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.
