Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (veg), L-lysine HCl, citrus bioflavonoids, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, D-ribose, L-cysteine, xylitol, L-glutathione, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose:Adults take 3 tablets daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Recommended Use:Adequate calcium as part of a healthy diet may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis and help prevent bone loss. Helps to protect against the deterioration of cartilage. Helps to relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Helps to produce and repair connective tissue.
