Instructions

Adults (19 years and older) mix 7.5 ml (1 cap) twice daily or 15 ml (2 caps) once daily with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or juice and drink on an empty stomach, 1 hour before dinner or at bedtime. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 15 ml.

Alternatively, to use as a supplement mix 15 ml (1 tablespoon) with food and drink.
