Combining the pain-relieving strength of Advil with a nasal decongestant, each Advil Cold & Sinus caplet contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Cold & Sinus Nighttime caplets add 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine). Take 1 or 2 Daytime caplets (beige) every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms persist. Take 1 to 2 Nighttime caplets (orange) at bedtime. Do not exceed a combined total of any 6 Advil Cold & Sinus Daytime or Nighttime caplets in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. Do not give to children under 12 or adults over 65 years old. Advil has provided effective fever and pain relief for over 35 years. This package includes 24 Advil Cold & Sinus Daytime caplets and 12 Advil Cold & Sinus Nighttime caplets. The pain reliever in Advil is ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that when taken as directed is an effective pain reliever and fever reducer.
