Nature’s Way Sambucus® Cold & Flu Syrup contains black elderberries grown in Europe at an optimal altitude and handpicked to make this delicious and effective syrup! This syrup is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus. The delicious tasting syrup contains 100 mg of Organic European Elderberry in each serving of two teaspoons. Elderberry is also a source of antioxidants. Bonus? It’s a taste everyone will love, and the syrup is certified organic, gluten-free, vegetarian and contains no artificial preservatives.

Directions
Adults, take 2 teaspoons (10 ml), 2 times a day.
