This all-in-one gut health formula provides advanced support for the digestive system. - Solnul™ Solanum tuberosum (Potato starch) (Tuber): 3500 mg
- Organic Acacia (Acacia gum) (Senegalia senegal - Gum): 2800 mg
- LactoSpore® Bacillus coagulans (MTCC 5856 Bacillus coagulans - Whole Cell): 1 Billion CFU
- L-Glutamine: 500 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Maltodextrin (trace)
Adults: Take 1 scoop, 1-2 times per day
- Mix 1 scoop (6.5 g) with approx. 250 to 300 ml (8 to 10 oz.) of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
- For lump-free mixing, use a coffee/latte frother
- Take with food/meal.
- Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking other medications, natural health products, or antibiotics.
- Consult a healthcare practitioner for prolonged use.
How to Use?
- Add to water or juice (tasteless and not clumpy but it's not clear like some).
- Add to smoothies with your Clean Plant Protein.
- My fave: add a scoop to your morning coffee beverage and use your frother to mix in - I love it in my morning plant milk latte and it lets me start the day with some fibre.
- Add to oatmeal, pancake batter, baking or energy balls.
Note:
Start with 1 scoop per day to allow your digestive system to get used to increasing fibre, and graduallyincrease to 1 scoop twice daily if desired.
Cautions:
Do not use: if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, or patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
Ask a health care practitioner before use if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain.
Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if: symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
