SierraSil (naturally occurring hydrothermal mineral complex) ... 500mg
Glucosamine HCI (Aspergillus niger whole) ... 375mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Vitamin C, Magnesium stearate, Hypromellose.

Recommended Dosage

Take 4 capsules once daily with water and food/meal. Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take a few hours before or after taking Health Products or other natural health products.
