SOURCE OF ANTIOXIDANTS
60 SOFTGELS
Designs for Health’s Oil of Oregano is an herbal extract
that may support gastrointestinal (GI) health, intestinal
cleansing, and a healthy GI microbial balance. This
product contains the highest quality oil of oregano
extracts to provide the benefits of the oregano plant.
Oil of Oregano delivers 60 mg of oregano oil (Origanum
vulgare) per 1 softgel serving standardized to the active
ingredient of carvacrol. Oil of Oregano may promote
healthy inflammatory and antioxidant responses – dual
factors that promote overall health and may help to
attenuate internal stress in the body. Due to its ability to
support intestinal cleansing, this formula may be
clinically beneficial to individuals with imbalanced
microbial environments in the GI tract.
Similar to other common herbs and spices, oregano is a
familiar culinary ingredient that may be clinically
beneficial when its active ingredients are isolated and
provided in concentrated amounts. Oil of oregano
extract has a longstanding history in botanical medicine
for promoting a healthy microbial balance in the GI tract
and supporting intestinal cleansing.
