Actions: Urinary antiseptic, antibacterial, fever reducer, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, anti-uric, emollient, diuretic and urinary tonic.
Organic medicinal ingredients * each 1ml contains:
- Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) flowering tops (1:2) 80mg
- Nettle (Urtica dioica) flowering tops (1:2) 80mg
- Meadowsweet ( Filipendula ulmaria) flowering tops (1:2) 70mg
- Ground ivy Glechoma hederacea flowering tops (1:2) 50mg
- Yarrow ( Achillea millefolium) flowering tops (1:2) 50mg
- Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) (1:2) 47mg
- Juniper * Juniperus communis fruit (1:5) 50mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.
Juniper berries facilitate urinary tract drainage and are a powerful antiseptic for the entire urinary system. These berries are recommended in cases of acute or chronic cystitis.
USES
Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a diuretic to help relieve mild urinary tract infections (such as cystitis).
- Acute or chronic cystitis (urinary tract infection)
- Helps fight bacterial infections
- Acts as a urinary antiseptic and fever reducer, relieves fever during urinary tract infection (cystitis) with or without bloody urine.
- Antiseptic, emollient and mild, non-irritating diuretic properties, indicated for bladder conditions
- Facilitates drainage of the urinary tract
- Kidney tonic, antiseptic for the entire urinary tract
DOSAGE
Adult dosage: Take 1 ml (30 drops) in a little water 3 times a day. Take a few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products.
Duration of use: For occasional use only. Consult a healthcare practitioner if use continues beyond 4 weeks.
Precautions: Do not use if you are hypersensitive to salicylates (ASA - acetylsalicylic acid), during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have heart or kidney disease, kidney failure, are sensitive to salicylates (aspirin), or are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Do not use if you have heart, kidney, or liver disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or edema, or if you are taking products containing diuretics.
