Organic medicinal ingredients, each 1ml contains:

• Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) fresh flowering tops (1:2) 120mg
• Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) fresh tops (1:2) 110mg
• Dandelion ( Taraxacum officinale) fresh root (1:2) 29mg and fresh leaf (1:2) 56mg
• Bearberry Arctostaphylos uva ursi leaf (1:2) 73mg
• Parsley  petroselinum crispum fresh root (1:2) 67mg
• Juniper ( Juniperus communis) fruit (1:2) 45mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.

USES

Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a diuretic to help relieve the symptoms of minor urinary tract conditions (e.g., mild infections).

• Diuretic, antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-uric (anti-gout)
• Anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic
• Supports healthy kidney function, kidney tonic
• Helps prevent kidney stones

DOSAGE

Adult dosage: Take 20 drops (0.66ml) in a glass of water three times a day.

Duration of use: For occasional use only. Do not use for more than 7 to 10 days and more than 5 times per year.

Precautions: Do not use if you suffer from heart, kidney or liver disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or edema (swelling of the hands, face or feet) or if you are taking products containing diuretics.

Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner immediately if you experience dizziness, mental confusion, weakness, or pain. If you have liver or gallbladder disease and/or a bowel obstruction, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not take before bedtime.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants from the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Do not use if you suffer from heart disease, chronic kidney disease (renal failure), or inflammatory kidney conditions.
