Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve respiratory ailments (such as coughs, bronchial conditions/bronchitis) and as an expectorant (helps reduce excess mucus in the upper respiratory tract)

Each 0.5ml contains:

• Horehound ( Marrubium vulgare) flowering aerial parts 55mg
• Marshmallow ( Althaea officinalis) root 45mg
• Elecampane (Inula helenium) root 45mg
• Wild thyme ( Thymus serpyllum) flowering aerial parts 40mg
• Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) flowering tops 25mg
• Ground ivy Glechoma hederacea flowering tops 20mg
• Lanceolated plantain Plantago lanceolata leaf 20mg.  

Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.

DOSAGE

Adult Dosage: Take 0.5ml (15 drops) 3 to 5 times a day in a little water a few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products.

Precautions: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. May cause an allergic reaction, especially in people with an existing allergy or sensitivity to other plants in the Asteraceae (Daisy) family.
