Ingredients: Per 2 tsp: Liquid zinc sulfate heptahydrate 2.3 mg

Suggested Adults Dose: 2 teaspoons 1-2 times daily with meals or as directed.

Cautions: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
