Calcium (calcium citrate)	500 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) (500 IU)	12.5 mcg

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Maltitol syrup, palm oil, mono- and di- glycerides, natural flavours, caramel (color), soy lecithin, sea salt, FD&C yellow no. 5, FD&C yellow no. 6, and sucralose.

RECOMMENDED DOSE:Adults take one soft chew 1-2 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
