This product is a tincture. Traditionally used in Western Herbalism to Assist with a variety of menstrual symptoms including cramping, PMS, irregular periods, absence of periods, heavy bleeding and infertility.

Recommended Dose

Adults: Take 5 ml 3 times a day. 1 dropper full is approximately 1 ml.

Cautions

Do not use if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Stop use and ask a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you experience: headaches; nausea; itching; dry mouth; and/or increased menstrual flow occur or allergic reaction.
