Helps to support mood balance. affron® helps to relieve restlessness and/or
nervousness (calmative). Helps to reduce the symptoms of perceived stress,
such as fatigue, weariness, and irritability. Helps to improve restorative sleep
in individuals experiencing sleeplessness. Helps to support mood balance in
adolescents and youths 12 years and over.

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigma extract (affron®),
standardized to 3.5% Lepticrosalides®, providing crocins and safranal. . . . . 14 mg

Nonmedicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline
cellulose, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of
vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives,
artificial flavour or colour, or sugar.

Directions of use: Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): Take 1 capsule
twice daily of as directed by your health care practitioner.

Duration of use:
Adolescents (12-17 years): Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
Adults (18 years and older):  Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist
or worsen. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you suffer from any
psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression,
or if you are taking antidepressants.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are taking blood thinners/anticoagulants; if
you have a bleeding disorder; or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience anxiety/nervousness,
increased appetite, nausea, and headache; in which case, discontinue use.
