MOTRIN Ultra Strength 400 m tablets provide fast, effective relief of mild to moderate pain. For adults and children over 12 years of age. Each Ultra Strength tablet contains 400 milligrams of ibuprofen to relieve headaches and migraine pain, menstrual cramps, cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, joint and back pain, toothaches, and muscle inflammation. Stomach bleeding warning: This product may cause stomach bleeding. Symptoms may include: feeling faint, vomiting blood, bloody or black stools. The chance of stomach bleeding is higher if you are age 60 or older, have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems, take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug, take with other drugs containing an NSAID such as acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), ibuprofen, naproxen, or prescription anti-inflammatory drugs, have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this Original Product. Allergy alert: Ibuprofen may cause a severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to ASA. Stop use and get medical help right away if you have severe itching, hives, swelling of the eyes and mouth, skin blisters/rash, trouble breathing, or shock. Do not use with ASA, other pain relievers, if you are allergic to ibuprofen, ASA, salicylates, NSAIDs, or any of the inactive ingredients in this product, just before or after heart surgery, or if you are in your third trimester of pregnancy. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have stomach ulcers or bleeding problems, high blood pressure, asthma, heart disease, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, alcoholism, any other serious condition, are taking any other drug, especially low daily dose ASA (81 to 325 mg), blood thinners, or corticosteroids, are trying to conceive, in your first or second trimester of pregnancy, or are breast-feeding. When using this product, take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. The risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if you use more than directed or for a longer time than directed. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have signs of stomach bleeding (see stomach bleeding warning above), pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 days, fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, or any new symptoms appear. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Center or get medical help right away. Read the package leaflet for important information before use. Do not use if the carton is open or the inner seal of the bottle is broken. Child-resistant packaging. Store between 15 and 30°C.

Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients: Ibuprofen, 400 mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients (alphabetical): Carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, FD&C Yellow No. 6, hypromellose, black iron oxide, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sodium cyclamate, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide.

Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
