For Daily Maintenance:
Adults & teenagers 16+: 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) once daily.

For maximum effect, take on an empty stomach and at least 1/2 hour before eating.
As Therapeutic Aid:
Adults & teenagers 16+: 60 ml (2 fl. oz.) per day, in a single or divided dose, on an empty stomach and at least 1/2 hour before eating.
Children Aged 1 – 15: 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) per day, in a single or divided dose, on an empty stomach and at least 1/2 hour before eating.
Serving sizes may increase or decrease depending on individual health needs. Many people may benefit from a higher intake of probiotics during periods of high stress, prolonged illness, or an unbalanced or unhealthy diet and lifestyle.
