Sensamed - Kr-3 - 50 ml

Kr-3 helps you become more grounded and present, so you can integrate your visions and dreams into everyday life. With better focus and concentration, it will be easier to pay attention and become engaged in what is going on around you. Bringing you ‘back to earth’ allows you to take a more active interest in everyday life, so you can finish the things that need to be done. While is important to take a break from everyday life and have something to look forward to, it is also important to remember that life is lived in the present. Life can be unpleasant and hard. Don’t let avoidance behaviours or your thoughts drift away into a nostalgic past or imaginary future. Anchor into present reality so you build the life you want so all your hopes, creative endeavours, and dreams come true.
