Sensamed - So-2 - 50 ml

Sō-2 helps empower you to manage and express intense feelings and emotions. When you feel comfortable enough to confidently assert yourself (speak up and stand up), it will be easier to respect your boundaries and others will be less inclined to cross them. You are worthy of receiving love and respect. As your self-compassion deepens, you build more tolerance and understanding towards others and start to let go of any harboured negative emotions. Rather than bottling things up or feeling like a victim, learning to step into your personal power allows you to safely express what is important to you.
