Sensamed - Throte - 50 ml

Thrōte is a foundational blend designed to balance throat energy. It helps one feel confident to express their thoughts, ideas, beliefs and feelings. By supporting creative expression, it nurtures the ability to communicate honestly and authentically, building the confidence to speak your truth.

Balanced Throat Energy revitalizes self expression through creativity and communication. Confidence is restored in your ability to express your thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and feelings to the outside world. We find strength to express our emotions authentically and honestly, creating confidence in speaking your truth. This allows for a balance between speaking and listening, being understood and understanding what others mean, and building deep meaningful relationships.

Unstable Throat Energy can result in feeling lonely, unsupported, misunderstood, feeling unheard and not listened to, stifled self expression (feelings, ideas, thoughts, beliefs), not being honest, hiding who you are and fear of expressing your true self (authenticity), speaking too loudly or too softly, or losing your way in life.
