Sensamed - Hahrt - 50 ml

Hăhrt is a foundational blend designed to balance heart energy. It helps one feel safer and more trusting, confidently exploring feelings of love and compassion. By fostering deeper connections with others, it supports balanced relationships and re-establishes deep bonds of love and trust.

Balanced Heart Energy revitalizes the capacity for love, allowing you to feel safer and more trusting in opening your heart to love. Confidence is developed by expanding feelings of unconditional love and compassion for yourself, for others, and life. This promotes a deeper connection with others and creates the ability to maintain healthy and balanced relationships. As the gateway between the heart and mind, feelings of acceptance, confidence, forgiveness, joy, and harmony will help unite the body, mind, and spirit.

Unstable Heart Energy can result in lack of love, find it difficult to give/receive love, feeling like your ‘heart’ is not in it, lack of self worth, inability to forgive, feelings of jealousy, loss of joy, lack of trust, feeling trapped or out of control, feeling disconnected or emotionally closed off with difficulty establishing healthy relationships, and feeling lack of compassion towards yourself and others.
