Sensamed - Sohlr - 50 ml

Sōhlr is a foundational blend designed to balance solar plexus energy. It helps one feel able to process emotions by ‘digesting’ life’s experiences, strengthen decision-making, reclaim a sense of personal identity, and confidently take charge of your life.

Unstable Solar Plexus Energy can result in low confidence in yourself and your abilities, lack of purpose or direction in life, intense emotions (anger, irritation, resentment, aggression, bitterness, hatred, despondency, insecurity), fear of loneliness, fear of success and uncomfortable in power positions, poor ‘digestion’ of life experiences, struggle with addictions, tendency towards digestive issues (poor digestion, food intolerances and allergies, cravings), struggle to take control of your life, and difficulty asserting yourself.

Balanced Solar Plexus Energy revitalizes the ability to process and ‘digest’ life’s experiences. This leads to a healthy approach in processing emotions (taking in, assimilating, and letting go). With a stronger sense of identity, it becomes easier to take charge of your life, connect with a sense of belonging, and be confidence in making decisions. Establishing a stronger sense of personal power and responsibility allows you to know who you are and where you stand in the world. In learning to be comfortable advocating for yourself, emotional control and harmony will be developed, leading to discovery of one’s true self and experiencing a solid stance in life.
