Discover our elderflower herbal tea, a delicate and floral infusion with naturally fragrant notes. Harvested and dried with care, the elderflowers release a subtle aroma that makes this a comforting herbal tea to enjoy at any time of day.

Elder has been prized for generations for its active compounds and its richness in natural antioxidants. But its flowers are not limited to the cup: thanks to their unique fragrance, dried elderflowers also make their way into the kitchen to flavour breads, jellies, syrups and condiments. They can also be used to prepare excellent summer floral lemonades.

100% natural, caffeine-free and sold loose, it is easy to prepare to your taste, for a mild or stronger infusion.

Preparation
Steep 1 tsp of elderflower in 250 ml of simmering water for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain.
