Directions:

Adults: 1 to 4 teaspoonfuls (5-20mL).

Laxative: Adults: 2 to 4 tablespoonfuls (30-60mL).

Children 6 to 12 years: 1 to 2 tablespoonfuls (15-30mL).

Children 2 to 6 years: 1 teaspoonful to 1 tablespoonful (5-15mL).

Each dose should be followed by a full glass (250mL or 8 ounces) of water or another liquid.
