Rougier Magnesium is a magnesium mineral supplement.

Recommended dosage: (adults) 1 to 2 tablespoons (15-30 mL), 1 to 3 times daily, with meals.

Medicinal ingredients: Each mL of this oral solution contains: 100 mg of magnesium glucoheptonate (5 mg of elemental magnesium).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Artificial color and flavor, caramel, citric acid, potassium sorbate, purified water, sodium benzoate, and sucrose.
