***BPA (Bisphenol A) is a plasticizing chemical found in the epoxy linings of some cans, and in many other consumer products. The internal lacquer of our coconut cans and ends were confrmed by our supplier to be FREE FROM BPA (Bisphenol A) in the formulation.

**Coconut meat extract means we take the coconut, remove the husk, take the coconut “meat” that’s left, puree it, and add water (deep well water purifed by reverse osmosis). That is what our coconut milk is. Nothing else is added.

Storage Instructions:

• Coconut milkfat has a tendancy to solidify (and separate) at cool temperatures so, depending on your recipe, you may need to SHAKE WELL before use.
• Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Refrigerate any unused portion in a glass or plastic container and enjoy within three days.
• Do not Freeze!
