Topical and inhalation use in aromatherapy as a nerve agent and calming agent. Topical use in aromatherapy to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Anti-inflammatory • medium antibacterial • antispasmodic • skin healing and regenerating • relaxing, sedative, antidepressant.

Dosage:

Adults (18 years and older):  For topical application:  add 2-5 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the affected area up to 3 times daily. Do not use undiluted essential oil for topical use.

Direct inhalation used as a nerve agent and calming agent:  apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times a day.

For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil or water. Store at room temperature.

For use in an essential oil diffuser:  1-6 drops can be added undiluted to the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).

Warnings and cautions:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical help or contact a poison control center.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner.
• If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.
• Do not expose treated areas to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application.

Contraindications:

• Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use this product if you have broken, irritated or sensitive skin.

Known side effects:

Stop use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, or an allergic reaction.
