Taheebo herbal tea originates from Brazil and is made by shredding, then drying the inner bark of the pau d arco tree. Once brewed, this herbal tea has an earthy taste and can be refrigerated for up to one week.

Adults: Boil desired quantity for 3 minutes in 600 ml of fresh water and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain before drinking. Refrigerate unused portion.
